We offer both Kids and Adults classes, in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu; as well as a Striking program that utilizes facets of Kickboxing, Boxing, and Muay Thai; from an MMA specific stand point.

Our goal at Honest Grappling is to provide an open, positive environment that caters to adults, kids and competitors. Utilizing extensive Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) competition experience in conjunction with reality-based self-defense grounded in both law-enforcement and military applications, we are uniquely equipped to push you to and beyond your stated goals.
