About Alex

Alex is a former Division I college soccer player who began wrestling and training jiu-jitsu while serving as an officer in the United States Marine Corps from 2009 to 2014. After returning to consistent jiu-jitsu training in 2019, he continued developing his grappling while maintaining a longstanding commitment to strength training, conditioning, and nutrition.

Alex holds an MBA and works in real estate development. Outside of the gym, he is a husband to a badass wife and father of four kids who, in his opinion, should probably train more.
