Training that holds up
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is built around a simple idea: a smaller person can control a bigger, stronger opponent using leverage and position. That makes it one of the most practical martial arts for self-defense, and a core skill for officers who need to control a person rather than strike them.
Our program combines sport Jiu-Jitsu with reality-based self-defense grounded in law enforcement and military applications. You learn to stay calm under pressure, escape bad positions, and finish a confrontation on your terms.
Several of our classes run as Adopt-A-Cop classes. Contact us to learn how the program works for you or your department.
